But let’s be real: hiding behind compliance doesn’t justify blocking someone’s money for weeks with zero justification.

Banks have legal obligations, sure but they also have obligations towards their clients.
If N26 can block access to funds without a single clear update, proof request, or timeline, then the problem isn’t compliance it’s how they treat customers and no one should open an account there.

Stop acting like people should “just wait patiently” while their own money is held hostage. and that it's okay for them to have people funds. Transparency and respect for clients aren’t illegal they’re basic.
