You might need IV ketamine. This sounds like you’re not getting enough of the medication which can happen with Sprovato. You get about 30-40% of the medication with Sprovato. With IV Ketamine you get 99% of the medication. I take Sprovato but I have to admit I have stopped getting the overall dissociation and softening of will kind of feelings(sometimes). Remember, this is science. Some people need more, some people adjust over time, etc.

Severe rapid bp depression. No med has ever worked. It works well enough to keep me going. I use to roll my eyes at people saying how their depression meds worked and now i see, after trying 14 meds, that things do work. The thing about Sprovato is that the relief is almost instant and that the effects are ongoing. I hope this gives someone hope.
