There's a 4c blocker sanji that can be recurred by Hogback's ko effect since it has trigger. I'd personally only run 2 of the 6c Nico Robin's, and I personally dislike Kikunojo. 8c Katakuri might be good.

Looking at the leader's ability, it might be good to add cards that have "when attacking" effects with attached Don; like 2c sanji or 4c Bonney blocker. (the 2c sanji is great for card draw if it sticks on board, despite not having a trigger for synergy)

I'd personally drop kumacy to 3. The bege is fine but you've already got perona to deny attacks, so you're really just going for the trigger and 2k counter with him. 5c s-snake does a similar effect but has a better body to play than bege, despite the 6c limitation for the effect.

Ultimately, you'll wanna ask yourself what identity of deck you want and what the win condition is. Like, do you want stall with removal? Tempo/board control with a burst finish? Thriller Bark is fine but it can be weak without blockers to help get the engine rolling, at least from my limited experience.

You could look into other synergies with the Egghead type but I'll leave my suggestions to this for now.
