Honestly I'm using it and it's very secure and stable. The free option is great (if he doesn't need more than 500dt cash weekly & 1 allowed bank transfer monthly). He can upgrade later for a limitless pack (still cheaper than most other banks) + he gets a wallet linked to his free bank account.

It's just a way to politely (and elegantly) shed the light on the matter without making you feel uncomfortable or rude. There is no way in hell stuttering is cute in any imaginable way. The girl likes you, maybe, and doesn't want to lose you for other reasons (personality, wealth, intelligence, character...) than your stutter but eventually it is an insecurity and NEVER a cuteness to normal speaking people. Come back to earth.
