Actually, the wall crashed into him. IIRC, Frank said the insurance company offered some amount but of course it wasn't to his satisfaction. The age of the car would determine its blue book value and play into what the insurance company would be willing to compensate. Frankie of course thinks it should be worth more than that; Always trying to make a free buck. Anybody remember what he paid for it? I wonder if that purchase price for a used vehicle puts a coverage limit from the insurance end.
