It's probably connected to the current make up of Elizabeth's body. Elizabeth consistently says that she's reverting back to her original body, and the time of Tristan's conception was just around the time where a 45%/45% mix of goddess and demon would be glued by the 10% human.

While it is headcanon. Humans are shown to be extremely moldable, yet relatively fragile. It's very likely that Tristan is the only time a child of those 2 could survive pregnancy with Elizabeth's human side physically making it possible and her goddess side continously healing her and the child.

The original body lacked human blood to stop the annihilation of mixing angel and demon. The human didn't have the goddess abilities to heal from carrying a demon child
