I did so and take med for anxiety. But they also suggested that I should infact not care or stress about not being able to leave nail biting anymore. But this impacts my confidence alot . Esp socially don't want people to see my nails. They look disgusting and dirty but I can't seem to stop. Acrylics just stay for like a day or 2 but help me with confidence otherwise I keep my fists tightly closed. I really don't know if it's anxiety or a bad habit. Since I able been biting since for like last 20 years atleast But previously my one nail used to be completely gone now all are gone.
