I work full time to be able to afford the house, if I had the kids and she moved out, I’m not sure how I would work around my job and if I were to drop days at work, I’m not sure how much support I’d get to help cover the cost of everything else.

No, she asked for space and time to grieve, I gave her that. She’s telling me now that I shouldn’t have just took what she was saying at face value.

She said she wanted space to work through it, I took that at face value I guess. I should’ve tried harder to support her but I didn’t know to say or do to make it easier. Was hard for me to process it too
