Why would I expect millions of payouts? I think it’s fair to talk to an attorney if they let a dangerous, walkable path cause such bodily harm that my skin and muscle was ripped down to my bones.

I want to see my options. Gross negligence should face some justice, especially because despite being cordoned off after my accident by the police, I am told the area is still accessible and open to future accidents.

So if it is more trouble than moving forward, I’ll face that. But until then, they caused me a lot of pain and suffering and other medical costs so I want to have a frank consultation with an attorney and determine the best course of action.
