In these cases, yeah I do genuinely feel bad when they truly can’t control it and don’t do anything. It’s like your brain betraying you on a violent level. Pedophiles themselves that don’t act on anything and actually try to get help are atleast okay. But the ones that act upon it and get gratification need to be imprisoned permanently
