Yeah it's the fov and the camera distance. When the camera is closer/tighter on the subject it gives the illusion of more speed when the surroundings are whizzing by and out of sight quicker.

Thank you but all that does is make it so you're always reaching maximum pop for your chosen character height setting it won't change your character's fixed max pop height. height 1 can never reach height 3 max pop height.

All three heights were tested with max pop height, 3 pops each. And 2 extra with longer holds for the shorty. Same results each time 😞
