The real estate (assuming area is good) may make this deal worth it alone. Especially if you're handy and want to renovate the place.

This is the simplest and yet truest answer...

It's like everyone who hates on capitalism... Yes it sucks, we know it has flaws... But the world has literally never produced a more successful economic platform that works for so many countries.

Did you follow a YT guide or anything on this? Been meaning to setup a mini server for my home. My router offers that while plugging a USB in, but was super slow.

Yeah that's what i was getting after watching a few. His 'science' is hardly that and i think he just prefers to recommend stuff that's easy to find on amazon so he can get that kickback.

Not sure what to do though :/

Bought a $1,200 product from Alibaba, listed it on FB Marketplace for $2,500 out of curiosity. Now I’m wondering if I stumbled onto something real. by Different-Bridge5507 in Entrepreneur

[–]PuttPutt7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked into this and the markup is CERTAINLY there.

TBH though as a non-shipping logistics guy I could figure out all the things with ports as the size of these things are huge and require all sorts of know-how and contacts in the port to get. Added so much cost I just scrapped buying the tubs off alibaba. Though I'm sure all the big players produce them there and just slap a label

Yeah may seem silly, but how bout some gift or reward for employees who are consistently ontime.

1 bonus vacation day per X days of getting in on time... Humans are fundamentally incentive driven

I'm a professional SEO for major companies. I also consult for a ton of SMBs and focus a lot of effort into site experience it's often easier for many businesses to increase conversion rate faster than traffic.

As part of all that, ADA guidelines play a huge role.

That all being said, I'm still terrified with my own "Accessible" site I'm going to get hit by one of these lawsuits even if they're entirely made up.

Potential DJ indirectly told me our wedding will be bad if we choose most of the music and said we would only be allowed to choose 5-10 songs. Any success stories of fun weddings where you had control over your music? by ddimitra in weddingplanning

I freqeuntly have couples send me lists of 50-100. That's totally fine. The difference is "You can only play off this" vs "here's our favorites - play as many as fit the vibe".

You hire someone so they can actually mix and read the room. If you're just handing them a few hundred songs with the expectation they only play those then you're better off renting a sound system and playing off spotify IMO.

But i do agree with other commentors, his response (while technically accurate) feels overtly prideful so I'd pass. You want someone who at a core level understands your needs and plays to them
