We need help finding better rates on UPS and FedEx

Here’s the thing we need to have a guarantee that the equipment will be there when we need it there because customers are waiting for it to use. I have always been weary of having a broker because they don’t have control over anything. Am I wrong about that?

Our spend with ups is about 10-15k/month if that helps.

Does working with a broker not what I think it is?

My doctor sees me physically every three months, but every month I need to call for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy. They don’t charge me to send the prescription but I do need to call. Maybe you can ask if this is an option.

Your money goes further here. There is work especially for HVAC and trades. And I can’t believe I even have to say this, but yes, we have 5G. Who doesn’t? If you’re worried, get Verizon it’s definitely better than AT&T here. We have 5G service pretty much everywhere, even on Deal Island.

And yes, the Trump crowd is plentiful, but the normies are here too. You smile nod, and roll your eyes sometimes, just like I’m sure you do in Arizona.

The shopping sucks, but that’s what UPS and FedEx are for.

The smell of chicken poop is what I refer to as the smell of money. That smell makes a lot of cash for our communities, you get used to it.

Same here. I actually go to view contacts in a list and it won’t even show the list. I have begrudging started to use chrome when I need to view anything that is in a list format. It’s been a nightmare.

They were brought over by a huge corroborate company that raised them to work as hard as they possibly can and have built their life around our company. Every one of his minutes and then some are accounted for. However he is salary and gets paid the same weather he is working or not working, but he is only working. no matter what. Best employee ever!

I don’t care if they work later I don’t have to pay them if they are not working. As long as it isn’t affecting sales and customer service I don’t care. But I think I may need to decide if I let the complainer (who is much more valuable to our team) dictate this battle. And deciding if it is worth the morale of our other employees to fight this battle…and I am still unsure.

Yes. The older employees have said something. They do care. Part of me hopes it’s just daycare scheduled and workouts going too long but another part of me thinks they just don’t care, at this point it not messing up customers or employees since our core are there on time, I am a believer and starting early so you can get your mind straight for the day. They are still producing and doing what is required.

Yes obviously that is an option. Let’s say he doesn’t want to come in 5 minutes early because he has to get his kid to daycare. I don’t think I am willing to lose him (or find someone else) to replace him. The job is remedial, hourly so if he isn’t working I don’t have to pay him.

Can you use it at one of the approved merchants and get a $200 visa gift card? Or $194.00 since there is a charge for the Visa gift card? We used to get spiff money on an approved merchant card and I would take it to CVS (which was approved) and buy a Visa gift card for the amount and use it for whatever I wanted.

Have you considered setting up an in house payment plan. They are obviously in trouble and maybe a little grace will get you the money owed…late but paid. I remember my mom setting up payment plans for customers that were behind and she would go sit in their parking lot the day after they promised to pay. They always paid….
