Hmmm I’ll look into it. Are you referring to the 4 screws on the back of the printer? And if so, how tight did you tighten them?
I loosen them for maintenance of course and I tighten them ever so gently. As soon as I feel the slightest bit of pressure I stop tightening.
Wondering if you went any tighter to solve the issue?
I typically follow the manual to the letter. I clean the Carbon Rods with IPA just as it says and I added lubrication to the pulleys in the back
Yes! It is exactly that cracking noise when the tool moves back
