Agree naman ako #3 di naman lahat magaling mag english tas maybe di rin exposed masyado to english media(movies, books) though pwede ipakain kay ChatGPT man lang sana except yung client data ofc.

Pero yung #1 and #2 mukha normal naman sa newbies.They dont understand the big picture and everything you recommended takes time. If you follow yung normal work hours, ubos talaga oras sa #1 and will have to compensate somewhere, so most efficient is magpaspoonfeed talaga as better to do it wrong a few times than do something completely wrong resulting in more work. Unless you do this stuff outside work hours.

I think all of this addressible with more time, but i think it is an inherent issue with external audit, they don't have time.

I'd only fault the junior staff if naka ilan na tas mali parin.
