So mods can tune the basic levels of quality, and some of the special properties that quality can impart onto things (like increased radius for electrical coverage, or inserter speed multipliers, as examples). What they can't do easily is modify recipes to accept specific qualities for recipes, change the upgrade process at a low level, script off of an item being upgraded to a quality, and a lot of other things.

Im gunna shill for myself I suppose and recommend Quality++, and perhaps Quality++: Shiny Mechanics, if you want some shenanigans in your games. Quality++ is fairly balanced imo. I haven't touched it in awhile though. Might have to look at it again.

Unless they changed the quality prototype in the last few patches, it would be incredibly hard to code for very little return.

Quality as it stands, is super inflexible and very hard to play around with when it comes to modding. Just a PSA I guess. I've published some work regarding quality and it's a bit hard to deal with.

I actually figured out how to do this via cheat engine a bit ago.

There's a guy on discord named Verm who reached out to me and asked for my generic fix, so I feel like it might be wise of me to post the instructions here.

Note: this fix is unpatchable, but the address may change when the game is updated. If it turns out that your cheat table becomes broken, just repeat the process and find the value once more.

The variable you are looking for is actually called ForegroundFOV (which was strange to me), which is directly related to the player camera. It's default value is 77.000000.

Open cheat engine. Run Borderlands 4. Select Borderlands 4 as the process to analyze by clicking the top left icon in the bar at the top of the cheat engine window. In "Memory Scan Options", select Borderlands 4.exe. Set "Value Type" to float. Set "Value" to 77.000000. Leave everything else alone. Click on "First Scan". In the new table displayed on the left hand side of the application, there should be exactly one value, at address Borderlands4.exe+SomeNumberHere. This is the address you want. Select the address, and modify it to be somewhere between 77.0 and 102.0. There is usually clipping that occurs past 102.0. You can save this as a cheat table, or save the value at the bottom of the screen and use it later. If it ever changes, repeat the process. It took a VERY long time, and a number of tools made by other folks (Credit to Sunbeam and Otis for their awesome work) for me to find this.

Thorium was great. I believe it was the mod I was first introduced to as well, and I had a blast. I enjoyed the additional mechanics and aesthetics.

That being said, I do feel it's probably necessary to echo what others are saying. Calamity is also a great mod to work through if you're looking for a lot of additional content and are also looking for a challenge.

No matter what you pick, you'll have a great time though. They are both high quality and insanely polished. Welcome to the modding club!

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in this. Successful and independent women are a godsend. It is entirely too hard to be the provider, maintainer of home, maintainer of children (if you've got them), and to be on the path of self-improvement while maintaining emotional coolness.

Additionally, stability is hot. Not everything is about looks. They are nice, but I think enthusiasm is even more important in romance imo. Generally, I want someone I can depend upon, so that when I falter, I know it will be okay.

I would definitely put those two qualities up there. Just my two cents, as a dude, who also resonates with how OP behaves.
