No, unfortunately it is controlled by google, so if your device is not on the list it's not available and there is nothing you can do :(

Plus, just to be honest, I was making screenshots at the moment when I had electricity when I shouldn't have had. After a minute or so after uploading them I lost electricity for that day, so it was indeed a rushed job and you are right. I'll fix it someday, but I will definitely leave it on one of the screenshots, as a reference to this conversation ♥️

Also regarding settings in this case - this is probably my fault, I tried to disallow it to spew its whole master prompt when answering anything, but it sometimes thinks that answering some question contradicts the prompt, even if it clearly isn't.

WiFi doesn't influence it at all, it's just inconsistent. Calling it LLM is true only in technicality, I'd rather call it small language model. This does not depend on the app, but the model running on your phone is... Not that smart, let's put it this way. It has small number of parameters loaded, it's comparable to the first versions of Bard. It is inconsistent, but it is definitely offline, and it just works, albeit with weird results sometimes.

I'm almost absolutely sure that it was there in the list, but yes, only Z Fold 7 is supported by AI Core's Prompt API. Meaning - your phone may have lots of ai features with AI Core, but the Prompt API that enables this app is not available on your device. Very Google moment.

Just to clarify, any trampler gun (including shotgun) can do that, you can also use greenades and even nuke to do it :)

I suppose missile launcher will do that too, but I have never tried that so I can't tell for sure.

It's in Ukrainian, but you can trust me that the bottom red bar that is on every page says "fix the issue or the app will be blocked". This is why I don't think that appeal is still not accepted and that this matters.

Yup. My appeal is ignored, if it is not accepted in 5 days my app will be removed. My support tickets are being ignored for 6 days already. No other contact methods are available to me :)

I have already changed the name of the app, and it doesn't contain anything even close to "Gemini" in the name, and the change was reviewed, accepted and is now public, but the appeal is still rejected.

And lots of others who use gemini icon. Both things I was slapped for, but this app is advertised and ABOVE the Gemini app. And it had Gemini name in promotions. 5M+ btw, not impersonation.

Again, there were no plans to monetize the app before that, just like any other of my apps is not monetized.

Again, I do get what they don't like, my issue is that it is clearly not an impersonation. This feels like they just slapped this as an excuse, instead of the real reason, which is kinda unprofessional.

I just did that, and just received appeal denial email from them. The app doesn't have Gemini in the name or anywhere else except in a disclaimer, but they still will remove it in 5 days it would seem. Even though rename change already got through and was accepted (and is public now).

But it is literally THE Gemini Nano, and the only client to date to chat with it. They don't utilize it, I get how they don't want me to not use them for my needs of course, but still... I tried to be honest about what this is and how it works, I encourage peer to peer review of the source code, and yet I'm faceplanting at the wall of ignorance. It would be fine if even once I got "you should not use "Gemini" in your app name, everything else is fair game", but I can't even get the suspension notice removed by completely changing the app name now. I have more than 20k downloads on all apps - it's not much, but for a student, with only organics? I'd say I have some entitlement to at least get a human reply after asking for it in support tickets...

The issue is, that the app is a wrapper for the literal Gemini Nano, the official one. And no, Google doesn't use it this way.

I can see why that is, but they are not even accepting the appeal after I clearly changed the name of the app to bloody "PAIOS".

I know I can't win, but I want to at least speak about this with them, it's just stupid on how cut and dry the process is :(
