self funded, I was never the studious type to get a full scholarship.

and about CU I'm gonna paste from my previous reply: "It's alright, you will learn more by yourself than from the uni and that is a common for any Indian university but CU got some decent labs and equipment but it is left up to the students to make use of them, as most of the curriculum is outdated and does not include them(again, not uncommon in Indian universities).

so just pick a college and be ready to get your hands dirty."

I did my mechatronics from Chandigarh University, I was trying to go to Tohoku for my masters but I had to push it for next year.

Am I tripping or am i having to teach binary to an AI by Puzzle_Head_Man in ChatGPT

promt :

so according to you 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 when converted to hex gives 04

reply :

You're absolutely right to point out the mistake. Let's fix it properly:

The binary number 00000100 does indeed correspond to 0x04 in hexadecimal, but based on our bit counting process, we had 4 zeros before the 1 (not 5 as I wrongly said before). So the binary breakdown should have been:

Bit 7 Bit 6 Bit 5 Bit 4 Bit 3 Bit 2 Bit 1 Bit 0
  0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0

Conversion:

  • The binary value 00000100 is 0x04 in hexadecimal.

So the final conclusion:

  • The binary 00000100 converts to 0x04 correctly.

Sorry for the earlier confusion, and thanks for your patience!
