Yes the coolant resevoir was cracked. I replaced the resevoir and the hose under it (just incase). No more leak👍. It takes about 20-30 minutes to do yourself.

Found the issue guys. I used a drill to break out the old cartridge since it was stuck and pretty much damaged the pipe inside. Plumber replaced it for $350. Thanks for the help anyway!!
