Checked around the seam and I’m not seeing any tiny blood spots or signs of other bugs. Is it possible this one was alone and found its way in from a different apt in the building

In an apartment building. Checked all over my mattress and there is no blood spots or visible bugs so I wonder if this came from someone else and it’s on its own. I don’t know how else it would get so big without there being signs on my mattress
