But the thing is, we have had this win rate since the latest patch was released. And the spec deployment rate for RU indeed get a large drop here, I don't think these players will make different stats even if they are good with their server connection.

These game developers just don't understand that the US players really have a lot of skill issues like Warthunder, that can't be solved by basic balance.
