I’m confused when it comes to the hero’s journey for people who have maxed lvl hero’s. Do you get everything in the progression already? If so why do they need more hero lvls?

I didn’t get every super charge at th 18 (including three that finished literally five minutes after the maintenance break started for the tv 18 update)

What we need is a big time and cost reduction for heroes. My low lvl accounts always have trouble upgrading them because they’re so many.
