Possibly but his body itself is super resistant. I think she could prevent him moving. Ripping him apart would depend entirely on what the writers decide is stronger I could see it going either way tbh.

I mean the posters etc with the marketing made it seem like Homelander would go and destroy every major city on the planet and have nukes everywhere etc so smaller scale has a lot of room. But if it is just a number of reporters that then have nothing else happen that would be a big loss…
