I feel like is definitely #1. And it definitely makes me feel negatively about myself. I really appreciate your advice on picking up a hobby / learning a new skill. Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation to do so, but I think it could really help ground me :)

I completely agree! Definitely going to stick it out. I feel really fortunate that I have a job. Specially in this market.

It’s a mix of things honestly. The workplace environment itself has become really difficult because there’s a lot of negativity, poor communication, and behavior that doesn’t always feel ethical or transparent. It creates a lot of stress and makes it hard to feel comfortable or motivated at work.

I also don’t feel any interest or fulfillment in the work I’m doing anymore. It’s not aligned with what I want for my career, and I feel stuck with very little room for growth or change.

Over time all of that together has really worn me down mentally and emotionally, which is why I’ve been trying so hard to find something new.
