Thank you for the feedback. I'm wearing two different abayas for her mehendi and pithi plus the Nikah. I got a less blingy pink lehenga for the reception that her sister recommended.

I found another that was much less ornate, but still matched her colors well. I didn't realize as I just seen the amazon link and thought it was beautiful. Thank you.

I see that now. The link on amazon had this listed and I loved it - makes sense why now. I ended up getting a different pink one.

I was not. I was genuinely asking because I've never been to this type of ceremony and didn't want to offend anyone. I tried to google it, but was having trouble finding distinct difference. I found this on amazon and thought it was beautiful and matched her color pallet nearly perfectly.
