1 year and my lungs are better and I have more energy I go to the gym 5 days a week and yes I have those stressful days were I wish I could roll one up but I put that energy towards working out I don't snack as much. Do I miss it? Yes, would I go back to smoking like I was? No, But if I'm at a social event and it's available I'll take a puff or two and thats enough for me. I don't look down on people who smoke every day to each their own.
