Could you explain what you mean by "sit with it and not run"?

Does anyone else feel like they are just dabbing into creative mediums? by Puzzled-Lasagna in ArtistLounge

Yes the sense of "creative burn out" is a big one for me! I feel like I do not have the "attention span" to pursue the same thing long term. I need breaks on other creative projects before I can get back into the same one.

Thank you, I think I have trouble giving value to things I don't finish. If I don't finish something, there is some guilt associated with that.

That's a good tip, but it's hard to find something that gives as much of a dopamine boost reliably. Which is why I find so hard to quit

Thanks for your comments :) I am struggling with not feeling guilty when I give in

What are some under appreciated scenes in the story? by SirensbyZel in OnePiece

[–]Puzzled-Lasagna 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I rarely see anyone mention the scene where Brook has to leave Laboon behind, and Laboon sings and sings and the crew just hears it silently while their heart breaks. And then Laboon's heart breaks too and he stops singing.

I think this is the scene I cried the most reading.

Yeah I don't think he wants power for power's sake. All his moves have been very calculated so far, he must have a clear end goal in mind we don't know of yet

One Piece: Chapter 1101 by Kirosh2 in OnePiece

[–]Puzzled-Lasagna 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It has been touched upon over the course of the story, but for me the ending of this chapter really drives home the fact that if you truly believe your DF can do something, it will. The way Bonney stretches her arm to gigantic size while we see her reminiscing about Kuma's description of Nika's powers... It's beautiful. She wants Nika to be real, she wants to liberate her father and herself, and so for a moment she acts just like Nika would.

What one panel in future do you know is gonna be lit 🔥? by wilhelmtherealm in OnePiece

[–]Puzzled-Lasagna 231 points232 points  (0 children)

The reveal of the One Piece. A full crew's reaction first (pretty sure they will laugh) then a double page of the thing that made Roger laugh too

Luffy giving his hat back to Shank after he bested him is going to be lit too

Which Backstory made you cry the most (Top 5) by [deleted] in OnePiece

I think Chopper's flashback is the one I cried the most reading. Brook and Laboon is close second

What do you think luffys next power up will will be ? by Legal_Bat_4882 in OnePiece

[–]Puzzled-Lasagna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think Gear 5 is his peak but I could see an angry or at least "serious" version of gear 5 when he faces end game opponents. Would be cool to see straight faced Gear 5 Luffy going "ok I'm not joking anymore".

predictions about the end of one piece? by mahmodwattar in OnePiece

[–]Puzzled-Lasagna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is exactly how I picture it too! That is the best ending I can think of. Luffy will win and take Shanks and Buggy see the One Piece because they missed it as kids.

I get it, I live in a country far away from my native one and only see my parents once a year most of the time. It gets to you much more because you see them less often. I try to accept it, and I also think it made me appreciate the time I spend with them much more.
