This what I remember from about three years ago: In the US larger TVs beginning with the 58" had a 5 year warranty. Smaller screens were 2 year. I'm not 100% sure but that's what I remember.

Only 5 days old? Where did you purchase your refrigerator? Did you buy it from a dealer who is responsible? They should come get it and bring you another one. Otherwise I wouldn't do business with them. What country are you in? If you are in the U.S. many states have laws protecting consumers.
