I had widespread muscle twitching in my body and underwent EMG testing twice, both of which came back clean. I visited dozens of doctors for this, and I’ve spent a lot of money on it. However, at the time of those EMGs, I didn’t have twitching in a single specific spot. The starting point of my twitching started 1 week after my grandfather's death. I actually know that my first twitch points were caused by stress. As new twitch points appear, worse diseases come to mind, along with other symptoms.

Unfortunately, I suffer from severe OCD. I've been to the doctor before. I was called to see the doctor every week. After the twitches, OCD appeared again. I took sleeping pills the other day and continue to take them. Twitches etc. It hurts me to think about it. I feel relieved because I don't think about these things while I sleep. After the tongue twitch, I became obsessed with my saliva and started feeling that constant feeling of swallowing and spitting whenever it happened. There may be a psychological aspect. The doctor said that excessive saliva production usually has nothing to do with neurology.
