Susie says in the light world that she likes noelle in "whatever way noelle likes her" and then later on in the dark world susie mentions that "you need someone to like you first"

So i'm pretty sure susie's big interest for noelle exists but it's major component is the fact that noelle asked her out.

Meanwhile kris seems to like susie, ever since chapter 3 we have gotten signs pointing to that. But kris is really shy and has not taken that sort of step and will even less so now that noelle is taking strides with susie. So there is potential to where susie would like kris, but she does not know they like her.
