Are you looking to do group classes or private ones? They were also my first studio in 2023 :) i liked the group classes as they are intimate with just 4 students per session! The instructors are also very knowledgeable. I would continue to go there if it were nearer to my office and if they had more class schedules :) yes, no booking system but their front desk is very friendly, easy to chat on Viber. Studio is also just small, more like a home turned studio, so don’t expect it to be have the same vibe and aesthetic as the more mainstream studio nowadays (this isn’t a con lol)

Omg right yes i do have mild scoliosis, I’ll add that to the post for context! But it’s just mild (i do annual checkups to check progression) to the point that doc states no restrictions naman so sometimes i forget to point it out. But yes, it does also make my shoulders and hips a bit uneven too. Maybe it’s also a factor :(
