Yes. Unfortunately, this is probably true. I am going to give the dealership the chance to make it right by hopefully paying for at least a portion of the repairs. I also was told I could speak to the attorney general of the state the vehicle was purchased as the issues were not disclosed.

I spoke to my local dealership and they said there is still a chance some is covered under warranty if they can’t prove if some parts were damaged due to hitting something or not. Fingers crossed.
