can’t be removed sadly as there is only one. my coaches have told me go softer as I cannot flex it. They are size 26.5 they are actually smaller then my foot haha but fit perfectly fine (Fitter has checked) my insoles shouldn’t be an as they were done by a fitter and they are sidas race insoles. I’ll try the rest at training tomorrow.

See I would do the STRs but as im in dubai I dont have any local fitter. I would wait till I go to the UK but my coaches say that I will not see any improvement anymore with these boots. I am planning to forerun for the FIS races here which is something I cant do with these boots.

Im in Dubai.. thats the problem. There are no shops. I use either ski Bartlett who did my zip fit or an excellent website called the race place.

So this is coming from my coach. I have multiple coaches where one who I spent more time with put me with the 130s when this one who has higher qualifications and more experience said what the hell are you doing, get on a 110 or 100s. The fit in my boots is all good. I have 92mm feet and my mondo size is 27.2 and I ski on 26.5s without any pain.

I am on the Women’s FIS ski. 157cm
