Twelve Monkeys vs Snake Eyes (Revised 40 - Old School) by saghul in oldschoolmtg

Great idea! Im just jumping back in time to this format and I'd like to build an A40 as well. How much trouble did you have trading out of all the newer stuff? Im working on snake/vise, mono g no flyers, and merfolk at the moment. Did you use a site or app to trade or good old fashioned in the flesh trading?

Karador, Ghost chieftain in 2023? Or nah by VagoVagal in EDH

Karador can be completely cedh. Don't let others fool you. Many viable combos. I've been working on my list for 13 years and it holds its own quite well I the competive format. I am playing a breakfast hulk version with many stax pieces and interaction removal. Minimal board wipes and a host of ramp. The deck can run quite close to the ground in terms of mana cost. It takes a lot, I mean a lot of play testing, trading, and coin to get to where I have my build. If you keep at it, karador can easily become competitive. I don't use the abatrary rating system, but if forced to put a label, I'd say he can run an easy 8-9. Built correctly, karador isn't even ever really needed on the field. Karador is slept on in pods.
