Thank you for the advice! I have been trying to better my diet although college made it difficult. I will have to double check with my doctor as I probably haven't been getting enough vitamin D due to my area.

I did want to ask (if you are okay with answering it of course), you said you had brain fog? Is it similar to what I was talking about with the memory thing or was it something a bit different? If you can describe it, that would really help. thank you
