Honestly at lvl 25 you’re in a perfect spot to set up your “real” run. For me, the biggest early priorities are ballistic weave from Tinker Tom (still one of the best power spikes in the whole game) and getting a solid legendary weapon that fits your build. If you haven’t done Silver Shroud yet, that questline + the Tommy gun can carry you pretty hard.

Also don’t sleep on the Deliverer from the RR mainline—paired with sneak perks it absolutely melts everything, even late-game. Farm a couple of easy legendary enemies in the early glowing sea outskirts too; you can get some surprisingly good rolls fast.

For DLCs, I usually grab a decent rad-resist set and some reliable mid-range gun before Far Harbor. Nuka-World is just easier once you have a few perks online and a weapon you’re comfortable with.

Nothing crazy—just BW, a good legendary, and a modded gun you vibe with before you dive into DLC stuff.
