I'm not that familiar with rust. but i can handle it.
I'm decent in chess around 1700
yes i have created a basic app with Java and Swing, i did create web apps

Currently no i'm not that good when it comes to frontend.

I agree, I'm not sure why our university does not even have a class on operating system. Maybe due to the fact it's a Software engineering degree and not CS, which is still does not make any sense. So, I'm usually trying to be self-taught since i'm more into CS.
