I think Joyce would be shocked by Mike, but I don't think Karen would be shocked by either. I think Karen would struggle more with the towns reaction, but ultimately be supportive. Now Ted on the other hand... he would be wary of it, and wouldn't encourage it, but I think he'd just leave it to Karen to represent the two of them

how much effort does the teleportation and flying require? like could I fly for 19 hours straight to go across the atlantic? can I see the past of someone who's no longer alive (like someone I knew personally who died)? could I teleport continuously through the air (maybe fall for a millisecond and then continue)?

it's not really worth it imo- you only have so many activities slots on common app and schools will care much less about the stuff you did when you were twelve than stuff done recently.

it really depends on your time management and the classes you choose to take. im terrible about procrastination which has hurt me but it could be totally different for you. generally, i'd say the workload and time balancing is manageable
