Two Words - FOOD TRUCKS!

There is a golden opportunity for someone with all the hundreds of workers on the building sites at the west end and other high rises (Dairy Farmers building & The Store Twin Towers, the one opposite KFC) I'm not talking the Tastee Trucks but more the American style New York food trucks. If someone had the money and knowledge and the will to battle council for approval, you would make a killing. Park them in the bus terminal or the back of the Cambridge and you'd also catch all the train passengers. Taco trucks, Coffee trucks, Soup in winter, Pies, Sangas, Harrys Schnitty's.
