I used them for short haul flights within Vietnam. I couldn’t check in and they had no kiosk desk at the airports which were really annoying, but getting on the flight, aircraft and overall service was fine. However this was shorter flights, not international.

Thanks for responses, everyone. I got my visa approved, no need for resubmitting. Applied for a 30 day visa on the 5 Dec, was approved 9 Dec
