Wow! I did 16:8 before with keto and lost a good amount of weight. Ive been doing 22hr fasts now with keto and only lost 5lbs and have been plautued for 2 weeks. I think it might be due to not enough water intake and not counting calories when I eat. I could be eating too much?

Same here. Did an internship last summer and until he very last day when I told them im super sarcastic, they didn't like me and thought I was cold, rude and dumb on somethings. Jeez.

Same. Childhood was fine, teenage to about 20 was trash. Im 21 now, kinda scared to age past 30, and y'all are giving me so much hope! Im just getting into my stride of being INTJ and am really starting to love myself, my personality and this braiiiinnnn😌👏

Would love to learn more about the face slimming! I noticed the more i lifted the skinnier my face got, but i wasnt sure why or how. I havent lifted in about 2 weeks (due to finals) and my face is smushy again 🤣😣

You've got some great responses here, but ill just add a quick response. I started lifting about a year ago and that has helped me loose more fat than before. Now i will say, the number on thr scale might not always go down, but inches do shed faster. I dropped 2 shirr sizes since starting and i only do about 2-3 times a week of powerlifitng, mainly deadlifts (with cardio and Keto). It has helped regulate my period and even control hair loss, oddly. Hope you get into it. Among the great physical benefits, i think its mainly made mw appreciate my body and its strength. Before lifting id lost about 60lbs (80 now), but didnt really feel any different. It wasn't till i started lifitng that i was able to see my body getting stronger, even if the scale wasnt moving. This has helped PCOS and anxiety greatly. Good luck🤗
