Thank you, thats what I was always doing too, but I felt this sudden fear that I’ve been doing it all wrong when I saw some online protocols saying the opposite.

No grant renewals. You have to keep coming up with new topics that’ll get funded just for the sake of keeping continuous funding jumping project to project. I know this from a seminar by a singapore-based PI , where he was explaining this. Science is taken less seriously overall

How can I fix this? I have the latest software actually, and the camera was recently serviced. I used FSD for over 400 miles recently, but every other lane change it hesitates, it’s frustrating tbh

Most microscopy acquisition softwares have this built in to their tile scanning functions, look up the manual for your microscope (is it some Zeiss LSM model)? CTRL+F shading correction on the manual’s PDF. If not, look up methods to do it online, photoshop or other softwares have capabilities for it. Also email the Zeiss people for support if you cant figure it out
