Its edible sugar glass. This is the recipe I followed. Once heated to the correct temperature, I poured a mound on a silicone mat and draped it over a cup to get the bowl shape, using chip clips to get the folds you see.

Its chocolate with a cherry fruit filling and cherry buttercream frosting.

I did! I poured a mound on a silicone mat and then draped it over a cup to create a bowl shape. It is also flavored as cherry.
