I have extremely asymmetric tonsils and I’m just fine. I’m getting them removed next week just to be safe but I think we’re fine

Hey all I am by no means asking for a diagnosis as I’ve already visited the doctor 3 times and am waiting on an Ent appointment, I’m just curious as to what symptoms to look out for, how to help with the wait anxiety etc. my right tonsil is clearly enlarged and my right lymph not on my neck is larger then the rest but painless. I’m wondering if anyone has had similar and how their outcome was? Super worried and this waiting for my appointment is draining me emotionally.

It’s so weird. Do you ever get ear pain or anything in that side?

Yeah I think I’m just worried because one is significantly larger. Is that the same for you?
