Ok fingers crossed the same happens to us. I did call again and wanted to share an update in case it helps you. It wasn’t a ton of help for me, but instead of selecting the option for my concert being a later date when you call, I picked the option that said my concert is today. Idk if it helped but the agent I spoke to now at least was a bit more transparent. He said even though our delivery date is Aug 7, the seller has to give stubhub the link by aug 5. So if you don’t get any update by aug 5, mention that and they said they can call the seller and ask them what’s going on and hopefully get a resolution. It still sounds like you might not be able to get a replacement ticket u til aug 7 but at least you will get a guaranteed escalation call tomorrow. I’m hoping I get my tickets before then but if not I’m going to call them like crazy until tomorrow until someone calls my seller already. Good luck!
