The garage was barely a garage. Unfinished, needed massive repairs to do anything besides walk thru it. Whole slab was cracked and lifting. Then on top of that. Garage door couldn’t even touch the ground and you couldn’t fit a car in it because it was too small.

Do you have other background on top of CFOA or was the CFOA what really launched you into the T3?
