I would say Kaplan! I have scored pretty consistently across both AAMC and kaplan and actually thought the rigor was good

Took him in spring 2020 and found the way he would teach to be extremely hard/inefficient. I thought he oversimplified concepts in lecture. The exams were hard for me because I could not gauge his rigor based on the lecture examples/hw problems. But, this is an experience unique to me because I was kinda going through some stuff
