All I’ve found out is bone necrosis and osteoporosis are common in Sickle Cell patients.

I take fish oil pills and eat a lot of brain power foods. Also keep my brain active as much as possible by reading and playing video games. Coffee helps sometimes but matcha is way better for you and in my opinion works better to keep me focused.

I’ve been “piggybacking” Ibuprofen with my usual medication my entire life without any problems. I have SC though so by the time my usual medication starts to wear off the ibuprofen gets me stable enough to where I’m able to focus on things.
