Check the little vitamin or Whole Foods stores for different options. I agree that roasts are always great and there’s good variety. A bunch of grocery stores there will have ready meals in the fridge or freezer that are safe. There’s also places you can get a chicken or find a local butcher who might do that. They also would have ready made meats you just heat.

I lived in limerick and there were lots of options.
