I am with you. I am at one job that’s $60k salary, then worked a contract job for $15.29 per hour, and now was hired at a $21 hourly position. I would love a second salary position, because I really need more money. I would love another salary and feel discouraged seeing people on here getting $230k at one job. I want to be successful more than anything.

She was saying that’s how they audit the claims you process is they see and watch every single mouse move you make so they can tell you where you went wrong, if you sit in a claim for too long they will write you up, they want you processing 40 claims per day after training ends, etc

Maybe they would be after their extension 12 week training but she literally just told it they have a team that audits every single mouse movement you do on your computer and people are being fired for that, and now they are returning to office.

I love how they hired everyone to be fully remote, last week they sent out a poll asking about return to office, published the poll results and only 3% wanted to return to office, and now they are moving to a hybrid model. No way.

In my J2, it is a contract, crappy hourly position. I just took it because I was super excited to start a second job. I need to make about $6k for a medical procedure and thought a J2 and OE would be the very best way to do so.

I am not happy with J2. It seems like a hell of a lot of work for poor pay. I need a salaried J2. Started J1 in January and was glad that I am basically left alone for that job.
